Commitments & Terms
Once-off Work
A commitment deposit starts the work, with structured revisions before final staging delivery.
Data & POPIA
Tracking is designed natively to align with POPIA, with consent strictly handled before analytics fire.
Third-party Costs
Third-party services (hosting, ad spend) are billed separately from engineering fees. Delivered codebases are owned by you.
Client Requirements
Content and contact people must be supplied within a few days of commencement to maintain project velocity.
